Frequently Asked Questions During Onboarding
What happens once my new website is live?
Your Customer Success Guide is here to make sure you succeed! We will routinely check in with you, making sure you’re best utilizing our tools and providing advice to stay up to date online. We’re also your support for any questions you may have later on.
Subscription Fee Questions
Typically there are two fees associated with signing-up with Odysys:
Setup Fee - This fee covers your Customer Success Guide creating your site map, Web Designer setting up your new website and a Search Engine Optimization Specialist optimizing your site and creating a migration strategy.
Odysys Subscription - This monthly fee covers access to our software, ongoing search engine optimization, and customer support. This fee is charged one month after your Odysys account is created.
Typically, we begin billing the monthly fee a month after sign up regardless of whether or not your website has launched. One of the ways we keep our initial fees and ongoing fees so much less than traditional agency rates is through our subscription model. This is also how we keep our fees much lower than our competitors who charge upwards of $20,000 up front and over $100 just to talk to a human and get customer support. As you can imagine there is a significant amount of work on our end during the on-boarding process.
How long does it take to build & launch a new Odysys website?
Our design process typically takes 30-60 days but a lot of that depends on you. Customer responsiveness and streamlined revision requests will speed up the process substantially.Did this answer your question?
