In Odysys, the primary difference between charging an OTA guest and a direct guest is when the transaction already occurred between the guest and OTA (ex. "Expedia Collect" reservations). To learn the basics of payments in Odysys, click here.
When payment has already been collected by an OTA, you can record it in Odysys by using an Offline Payment.
1. While viewing a reservation, open the Payments tab.
2. Select Offline Payment from the Payment Method drop-down menu. Be sure to record whether it is an Expedia, Travelocity, or even Cash payment.
