Viewing, printing and emailing receipts and statements for your guest's reservations is easy.

Here's a quick video to show you how.

To email or print a receipt or statement for a guest:

  1. Simply navigate to Odysys > Booking Engine > Reservations (click the "Reservations" tab)
  2. Find the reservation
  3. Click the "Actions" menu for the reservation
  4. Select "View Statement"
  5. Click "email" or "print" at the top of the receipt/statement

You can also setup Stripe to email a receipt for transaction to the customer as well. To do so, you must login to your account at Stripe.com and configure your email settings. Here is a link to Stripe's support documentation about emails: https://support.stripe.com/search?q=email
