Viewing, printing and emailing receipts and statements for your guest's reservations is easy.
Here's a quick video to show you how.
To email or print a receipt or statement for a guest:
- Simply navigate to Odysys > Booking Engine > Reservations (click the "Reservations" tab)
- Find the reservation
- Click the "Actions" menu for the reservation
- Select "View Statement"
- Click "email" or "print" at the top of the receipt/statement
You can also setup Stripe to email a receipt for transaction to the customer as well. To do so, you must login to your account at Stripe.com and configure your email settings. Here is a link to Stripe's support documentation about emails: https://support.stripe.com/search?q=email
