Here's a quick video overview of the Front Desk "Bookings" tab. More information is below the video.
The Booking Engine Bookings tab shows a sortable list of all reservations. Use this tab to view reservations details, make edits, or cancel a reservation.
Use the "Search Reservations" field or the Reservations drop-down menu to locate reservations based on name, phone, email, confirmation number, or a date during the stay.
From the drop-down menu, you can also select Make Reservation to create a new reservation.

Sort the reservations by clicking on a column heading. Click twice to reverse the sort order.
Click anywhere in the row to open the reservation. Select Actions to open a menu of choices for the reservation.
