  • If availability or rates are not showing up correctly in MyAllocator, contact Odysys
  • If your OTA bookings are not getting to Odysys, contact MyAllocator support for help
  • If there is an issue with rates or availability at your OTA channel, please contact your channel account manager (ie - if there's an issue with your rates, availability, bookings in booking.com - contact your booking.com rep)
