The Hotel Policies setting allows you set your check-in time, check-out time, and general policies that display to guests in your booking engine. 

The Hotel Policies appear in your booking engine as a hyperlink. When a customer clicks Hotel Policies, the policies appear in an overlay on top of the booking engine. 

For example, when you click on the Hotel Policies hyperlink....

The Hotel Policies text appears over the booking engine.

The text also is included in the reservation confirmation email that is sent to the guest. 

To set up the Hotel Policies for your booking engine: 

  1. Open Reservations from Mission Control and select Settings from the drop-down menu. 

2.Select the Hotel Policies tab.

3. Enter the Guest Check-In time.

4. Enter the Guest Check-out time.

5. Enter Your Hotel Policies.

6. Select Save.
