Social: Respond to those who have interacted with your page/posts or mentioned your page on social media
Reviews and Q&A: Ask for reviews from guests who have checked out (Set your PMS to do this automatically after check out, see Odysys Academy > Guest Emails > Post-Stay)
Reviews and Q&A: Check for new reviews and reply on Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc. (See Odysys Academy > Reviews)
Reviews and Q&A: Check your Google Business Listing for questions and reply (See Google Q&A)
Social: Review performance of social post engagement from the last week (likes/comments/shares). Use your best performing messages as a guide to future content.
Google Business Listing: Review/Update/Optimize Your Google Business Listing/s including “info > hotel attributes”.
